Valentines Day Card Blog Hop

Card Style:  Gate fold
Cut card stock to 8" x 10 1/2" folded sides together toward middle 
Size:    5 1/4" x 8"
Panel mats:  2 1/4" x 7 3/4"
Mats in Center:  3" x 3" and 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
Seam binding was adhered behind the mat to give the border


Card Stock:  Paper Studio
Patterned Paper:  K & Company
Cricut Cartridge:  Home Accents
Love cut at 1 3/4"  Mat 1 3/4"
Extras:  Sewed around edges of panel mats
Brown chalking was done over card, mats and flowers
Embellishments:  Assorted ribbons, crocheted lace, beads, buttons & Prima flowers 
Inside Mat:  4 3/4" x 7 3/4"




Valentines Candy Bar Gift


This can be such a fun gift and can be personalized for men, women or children.  

Dimensions for Hershey with Almonds Slider
Cut paper to 5" x 6" 
Score on back side at 4 1/2", 4", 2 1/8" and 1 5/8
Crease on score lines, fold together & adhere
Pinch top together punch hole
Cut band at 2 1/2" x 5 1/2"  Wrap around & adhere
Cut 18" small ribbon insert in both holes, pull until even, push down in sleeve slightly.  Insert candy bar keeping ribbon straight, push down and even up ribbon. 
Tighten ribbon & tie in knot.

Dimensions for regular Hershey bar
Paper 6" x 6"
Score at 2 1/2", 2 3/4", 5 1/4" and 5 1/2"
18 inches Ribbon

Wrap around popcorn & adhere

  5. Wonderful ideas here. New follower too.. Am new to the world of card making.. more like new to the craft world..:) My favorite season is fall. I love my chilly days with a slight breeze letting the leaves blowing. Its the days where all you need is a sweater and you can play for hours. I love all the colors of fall too.. thank you.
